Since 1989, Whistler Off Road Cycling Association (WORCA) has been maintaining the extensive network of trails in and around the Whistler valley.
The Whistler Off Road Cycling Association fosters the evolution of the sport through its youth programs and clinics, teaching safety, etiquette and technique to cyclists. WORCA helps to maintain hundreds of kilometres of trails to the highest environmental standards through member fees and volunteer efforts.
In 2014, AFOW granted WORCA $20,000 for the construction of an alpine trail which will descend from near the summit Sproatt Mountain to Flank Trail.
